Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipment clearance in HK and China
- To check packing list VS PO and invoice from vendor VS PO
- To organize delivery from warehouse to HK or China
- To issue PO to vendors
- To issue quotation, invoice and receipt
- To assure payment received as per contract or signed agreement
- To prepare inventory report in a regular basis
Job Requirement:
- Territory education is preferred
- 2-3 years working experience in project administration or merchandising field is preferred
- Experience on handling oversea vendor is an asset
- Proficient in PC applications: MS Word and Excel
- Good communication skills with vendor
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
- Responsible, independent, self-initiative, systematic and detail-minded
- Immediate availability is preferred
