Scope of Duties: 

• Liaise with Instructors to develop online / multimedia training materials
• Produce designated training reports to management/auditor
• Optimize the LMS to enhance TT admin process
• Keeps current with external LMS trends and developments and applies learning to improve LMS processes.
• Identifies future strategic development opportunities for the LMS as well as organizational needs and requirements for new LMS solutions or integrations.
• Liaise with IT for LMS maintenance
• Provides necessary training to users with different roles
• Develops and executes an enterprise-wide LMS deployment strategy
• Analyzes course reporting data and recommends strategic direction to management.

Requirements: 

• Recognized degree in any disciplines, business / management related an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in NetDimensions LMS
• Knowledge with video editing
• Proficiency in Microsoft O365
• Proficiency in online training software – Articulate Storyline
• Senior knowledge in data analysis tool – PowerBI
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Strong in time management and communication
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Able to cope with time pressure
• Must meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to details
• Strong sense in compliance
