JD:

• to provide admin. support in contract management, daily admin. matters
• to supervise the staff to carry out the duties and responsibility of the section / unit in an effective manner
• to compile, coordinate and update various returns relating to general admin / personnel / financial / training matters or other ad-hoc issues
• to act as secretary to boards and meeting
• to look after personnel matters, including performance appraisals and training course enrollment
• to arrange for procurement of stores / appliance and services
• to carry out ad-hoc projects and organization / workflow study
• to carry out other appropriate duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree
• Level 3 in Eng & Level 2 in Chi in HKDSE or HKCEE
• 2 years working exp. in a management related field such as accounting management, warehouse / logistic management  as preferred
• Good PC skills
