Chevalier (Construction) Company Limited, a subsidiary of Chevalier Group, is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position.

Responsibilities

• Check and monitor the proper operation of wages protection policies
• Inspect various records as per requirements of the contracts
• Prepare monthly reports and submit the reports relating to payment of wages and MPF contribution to site management
• Conduct random site inspections to verify the identity of site personnel and promote effective communication
• Handle complaints lodged by site personnel relating to wages payment and other associated matters
• Inform site management of anomalies for investigation and appropriate follow-up actions

Requirements

• HKCEE/ HKDSE or above, obtaining at least 5 subjects at Grade E/ Level 2 or above including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics or equivalent
• Certificate in Human Resources Management or above will be an advantage
• 2 years relevant experience in human resources/ personnel management is preferred
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Hands on experience in using computerized smart card system is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written Englis and Chinese
• Willing to learn, well organized and responsible
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
