Responsibilities:

• Handle all-rounded HR jobs such as recruitment, payroll, taxation, leave and attendance maintenance, benefit administration
• Compile and update employee records in HRIS system & maintain proper filing system
• Prepare reports and process documents relating to periodical HR exercises
• Provide daily support for HR & Admin operations
• Assist in annual company functions such as Christmas party and annual dinner
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR field
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislation
• Being a good team player, independent, well-organized and attentive to details.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in PC operation, e.g. MS Office application & Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability preferred
