Responsibilities

•         Provide administrative support to the HR team including but not limited to daily operations, documentation, paperwork preparation, onboarding and offboarding
•         Maintain filing system and keep other HR systems updated
•         Assist in preparation of HR reports
•         Assist other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

•         University student, major in Human Resources or related discipline would be preferred
•         Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
•         Proficient in MS Office applications
•         Good interpersonal skills which foster positive relationships and teamwork
•         Detail-minded and target-oriented
•         Willing to work in a fast pace environment, self-motivated and able to work under pressure 
•         Able to work at least 2 full day per week
