Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties such as greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mails and courier arrangement
  • Assign outdoor job duties for Office Assistants
  • Coordinate conference room bookings
  • Ensure reception area and conference rooms tidy and clean
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Provide administrative support and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor

 Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Presentable and pleasant personality with good telephone manner 
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual, strong sense of responsibility and can work under pressure
  • Independent, initiative, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Good command of written and spoken of English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
