We're hiring numbers of HR for well-established and reputable companies listed in Hong Kong. They are looking for energetic, flexible and independent HRs.  He/ she will act as a key person to provide end-to-end Talent  Development HR services across the departments.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key person to plan, design, and deliver both virtual and classroom training programs for employees and trainee programs 
• Communicate and meet with business stakeholders, training facilitators, participants, and external vendors in implementing the learning programs
• Manage course enrollment, evaluation, budgeting and reporting, etc.
• Manage and coordinate projects on company culture and employer branding initiatives
• To perform other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience in learning and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Structured and organized, able to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training workshops in a variety of areas
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and facilitation skills
• Team player and able to work with diverse culture
• Proficient in English and Chinese
