Job Description

A leading, fast-growing Fintech Company serving millions of users worldwide with office present across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Americas is currently hiring a Head of Administration to join their expanding Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Administration team and be responsible for the overall office administration functions
  • Formulate and improve office policy and operational workflow, monitoring implementation and maintain regular enhancement to improve employee’s satisfaction and meet business units objectives
  • Cooperate closely with business units to solve relevant administration and resources matters
  • Responsible for the budget management from planning, cost analysis & control and maintain regular budget review
  • Coordinate with different business units, to ensure all internal information & data can be shared effectively
  • Manage employees’ activities, welfare as well as company events to drive employee engagement level

Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Proven office administrative supervisory experience. Candidates with cross industry office administration experience or from the internet, financial services or fintech space would be an advantage.  
  • Good command in both English and Mandarin
  • A good team player with a responsible personality, be able to work under pressure
  • Immediately available is preferred but not a must
