Our client is the market leader and industry pioneer in education technology sector. They are now inviting experience candidate to join as Executive Assistant to their Group Chief Commercial Officer.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Group CCO, preparing document correspondences, scheduling, internal reports and presentation materials.
• Provide market research and arrange media interview.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder major in Finance / Accounting (mandatory requirement)
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in supporting C suite level executive in corporate office.
• Previous working experience in Banking & Finance / global management consulting firm preferred.
• Energetic, smart, strong organizational, good communication and presentation skills, able to work independently.
• Good team player with excellent inter-personal skills. 
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
• Proficient in MS Office
