Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Act as a Business Partner to provide value-added advisory services on a full range of HR matters to facilitate effective people management
- Establish and maintain sustainable partnerships with all relevant stakeholders
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and tools in accordance with Company’s rules & regulations
- Support in annual exercises including merit review, incentive and discretionary bonus review, manpower budgeting, salary benchmarking and market surveys
- Perform relevant data analysis, prepare reports and departmental budget
- Key User of HRIS (Workday), ensure the accuracy of the data and support the system maintenance and update
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements：
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- With 5-7 years relevant experience, preferably from F&B / Hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; critical thinking, strong problem-solving orientation
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good command in written and verbal English and Chinese
- Conversant with HK Employment Ordinance and related ordinances
- Proficient in MS Office applications
