Our client is a leading Corporate Bank. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Team.

Description

• Provide full range of secretarial and administrative supports to MD and a small team
• Manage and maintain the team’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
• Prepare internal reports and sales presentations
• Organize logistics of all meetings and take minutes when needed
• Handle all travel arrangements and accommodation booking
• Manage expenses report and expenses claims
• Perform ad hoc projects as required

• Minimum of 1 years relevant experience in sizable organizations, preferably in banking industry 
• Independent, proactive, mature and with good interpersonal skills
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
