Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Director of the Office or his delegates to oversee the daily operation of the Office;
• Handle incoming inquiries and application on a daily basis;
• Assist in preparing necessary documentation and maintaining proper record of documents;
• Liaise and coordinate with different teams of the Office, as well as external organizations;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Office or his delegates;
• Manage students' portfolios, build and maintain positive and professional client relationships throughout the whole application process;
• Communicate and meet with schools/colleges representatives to follow up with students' application.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder or above, overseas study experience is an advantage;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, and preferably with fluency in Putonghua;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Outgoing, pleasant, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work independently;
• One or two years of working experience preferred but not a must;
• Fresh graduate will be considered.
