Working in a supportive, dynamic, and happy  global environment, you will support  the full supply chain of Human Resources functions, covering manpower planning, talent acquisition,  employee engagement programs, learning and development, performance management through to corporate events management for our fashion sourcing and corporate retail organization.

Working closely with the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager, you will  lead and support the HR key functions of the interview and selection process, onboarding and orientation program, HR policies and procedures review, staff benefit enrolment and review, staff engagement program (Team Building, Xmas Party, Spring Outing etc), and staff development program (Training logistics set up). 

Collecting and compiling useful human resources data and market intelligence, you will prepare various monthly reports and statistical analysis and take proactive action to put forward strategic Human Resources recommendations to the management.  

If you have 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in multi-national fashion retail/FMCG environment with a degree in human resources management or related discipline, have passion for value-added human resources activities, and have very strong English/Chinese communication ability, then we would like to hear from you.
