Job Responsibilities:

• Perform reception duties such as handling calls, greeting visitors, managing incoming & outgoing courier and mail.
• Assist in coordinating repair & maintenance of office facilities & equipment.
• Provide full spectrum of administration supports (e.g. office & frontline shops Gsupplies procurement).
• Complete any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented
• Cheerful, self-initiative with positive working attitude
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
