Responsibilities:

- Provide reception services

- Handle daily administrative work and data entry

- Maintain good tidiness of the Reception Area, Pantry and Conference Room etc

- Attendance calculation for office, warehouse and shops 

- Petty cash reimbursement   

- Keep in good conditions for office and warehouse facilities

- Assist company's event such as X'mas party, annual dinner, etc
 

Requirements:

- F.5 or above

- Good Telephone Manner, Communication Skills and Presentation Skills

- Mature, detail-mind and positive thinking

- Proficient in PC application, especially MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

- Accuracy and efficiency in data entry

- Good command of Mandarin an advantage

- Immediate available is highly preferred

- Working in Fotan, Shatin
