Overview

Our client, a Japanese fintech company, is looking for a Japanese Speaking Secretary / PA.

JOB DUTIES

• Manage and organize Japanese director’s schedule
• Provide secretarial and admin support, arrange meetings etc
• Translation / interpretation (Chinese/English<>Japanese)
• Handle personal and household matters such as house repairing, family members’ activities
• Other ad hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS

• Business level in Japanese (N2 or above), English
• 5yrs or above in secretarial / personal assistant experience, working exp in Japanese company is an advantage
• Flexible, detail-minded

PACKAGE

• Salary up to 28K depending on experience
