Responsibilities: 

• Handle full spectrum of human resources function, including payroll calculation, tax returns, leave management, performance appraisal, recruitment, employee relations and staff activities;
• Administer for maintaining and updating HR database;
• Closely monitor personnel, attendances & leave records, including generating regular reports;
• Ensure HR policies & practices are compliance with statutory requirements;
• Ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably in F&B / labor intensive industry;
• Solid experience in handling payroll calculation & cost allocation;
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinances and related Ordinances;
• Independent, well organized and detail-minded;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel (Vlookup & Pivot Table) and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
