Execution Manager / Business Process Manager – Recruitment 

Job Highlights

• Work closely with internal business managers to understand and execute on client's job assignment requirements
• Establish a close relationship and manage external sourcing vendor to make sure they deliver in a timely manner
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the teams
• Lead projects and tasks related to business transformation and operation efficiency 
• Manage the data base integration process and ensure the accuracy of data transformation
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
• Interviewing and qualifying potential candidates, develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board etc.
• Any ad hoc task assigned by Managing Director

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree or above in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 2 years in recruitment/ talent acquisition, real estate knowledge preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to deal with external clients in a professional manner
• Strong project management skills, ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
• A positive attitude and strong drive to succeed, Self-motivated and result driven.
• Fluency in English and Chinese
