Our client, a leading global Executive Consulting firm is looking for a young and high-potential Executive Assistant to join the competitive organisation, providing excellent corporate support to the Senior Consultants in its prestigious Hong Kong office.

About the Role:

• Provide extensive support in market research, calendar management, travel arrangement, professional documents preparation, formatting, and administrative day-to-day activities.
• Oversee meetings coordination and cross-country correspondence per market industry.
• Proactive with remote or in-person necessary corporate training and events.
• Prepare external subject materials for client discussions.
• Maintain the existing filing and database structure, as well as having the creativity and initiative for further process improvements.
• Oversee and coordinate project management tasks and other ad-hoc activities.

About you:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Above
• 1-3 years of experience in executive team support in sizable firms
• Industry exposure in professional services (financial, legal, consulting) is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Thrives in a global and collaborative environment
• Microsoft Office/365 proficient
