Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical duties related to payroll, personnel information and leave records
• Provide support in recruitment and on-boarding
• Involve in benefit administration and MPF administration
• Coordinate staff activities and company events
• Perform other necessary duties as directed by superiors

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in human resources, business administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources
• Good knowledge of employment ordinance
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong interpersonal and organization skills
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese

• 5-day work week (Mon - Fri)
