Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations and performance management, training & development, employee relations
- To handle all aspects of payroll administration including salary calculation, final payment, cost allocation, salaries tax and MPF administration etc
- To maintain accurate staff record in HRIS system and filing system
- Assist in employee relations activities, such as Annual Dinner and Christmas Party, etc.
- Assist in handling the renewal and claim of different types of Company Insurance
- Participate in HR projects as assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Well-organized, self-motivated, independent and attentive to details
- Willing to learn and be able to work proactively
- Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance, tax law and other related regulations
- A good team player and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred
