Responsibilities:

• Responsible for payroll and MPF administration
• Handle full set of employee insurance schemes administration
• Act as a key administrator of the employee self-service system (including e-leave system)
• Communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for C&B related matters
• Compile, consolidate and update various regular HR reports at Group level in quality and timely manner
• Prepare information for the semi-annual payroll audit exercise
• Participate in various HR projects and initiatives
• Provide support in other HR related ad hoc projects/assignments as required

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years work experience with focus on C&B function
• Exposure gained from sizable company is a must
• Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and MPF regulations
• High integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
• Sensitive to figures and attentive to details
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
