Responsibilities

• Maintain good corporate image by performing reception duties in a professional manner
• Manage reception area and greet visitors
• Handle internal and external phone calls in good telephone manner
• Handle incoming and outgoing fax, courier and mails and maintain the tracking record
• Perform some administrative supporting, such as keep the stationery inventory and handle purchasing order
• Assist to schedule and coordinate all meetings and appointments as required, such as general internal office meetings, etc
• Provide daily general administrative and secretarial support, i.e. data entry, retrieve documents, records and reports
• Maintain an effective working relationship with the internal and external parties
• Outdoor work will be required occasionally
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required and meet strict deadlines

Requirements

• Form 5 graduate with full certificate or above
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Admin duties
• Pleasant with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to learn, self-motivated and service-oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing
• Immediate availability is preferred
