Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of compensation & benefit functions including, payroll & MPF administration, taxation, benefits & insurances administration, leave and attendance administration, work injury cases etc.;
• Support in HR system administration and enhancement project, etc.;
• Assist in C&B annual assignments such as salary & bonus review and survey benchmarking;
• Manage full employment cycle, including recruitment, on-off boarding, staff movement, employee records maintenance, etc.;
• Assist to prepare periodic HR reports and analysis for management review;
• Assist in other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• 3-4 years relevant working experience gained in sizable company;
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance;
• Self-motivated, attentive to details and good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
