Responsibilities:

• Provide HR support to daily operation including recruitment, employees’ relations, handle duty roster, attendance records and staff leave records etc
• Perform daily receptionist duties includes phone calls, meeting arrangement & greet visitors in professional manner
• Prepare various HR documents and reports
• Participate in daily staff-caring and communication
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• DSE graduate or above
• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent is an advantage
• A good team player with positive working attitude
• Detail-oriented and desire to learn
• Familiar with MS Office application including Word and Excel
• Candidate with higher qualifications and experience will be considered for Assistant HR Officer
• Fresh Graduates will be considered
• Immediate available is highly preferred

*Working Day: 5 days

*Working Location : Tai Po Industrial Estate (Shuttle bus is provided)
