Job Description
Our client, a HK listed organization is looking for an experienced caliber to fill in the following position:
SENIOR HR & ADMIN MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of human resources and office administration support;
- Provide comprehensive HR services including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, PRC social benefits, salaries tax, staff case handling;
- To dictate HR & Admin policy and procedure;
- Prepare HR and Admin analysis report periodically;
- Ensure HR functions in compliance with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and China local regulations;
- Handling cases relating to labor issues if necessary;
- Responsible for administrative duties such as general office administration, procurements and maintenance of office equipment and supplies and insurance etc,;
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in human resources management, business administration or related disciplines;
- At least 10-12 years or above experience in HR & Admin field of which min 5 years in managerial level;
- Well versed in Hong Kong employment Ordinance and PRC Labour Laws
- Good numerical sense, excellent data interpretation and analytical skills;
- Target oriented, self-motivated, hardworking, proactive, able to work independent and meeting assigned timeline;
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese.
