Job Description

Scope of Duties: 

  • All round management of Graduate Trainee programme, from onboarding to mentoring and coaching
  • Plan for maneuver of talents and give advice on Graduate Trainee and high potential for career development
  • Provide support and advice with various business units on resources allocation and succession planning
  • Work closely with business units and Group HR to execute performance management cycle per Group HR’s guideline and framework
  • Lead the day-to-day administration of SuccessFactors (SF)
  • Communicate with all levels of staff (both SF and non-SF users) on the execution of performance management cycle
  • Work with Information Technology team to look for solutions for the revamped performance management cycle for non-SF users, seek ways for transformation of staff data into SuccessFactors
  • Responsible for bulk recruitment for AMMT, AELT, Graduate Trainee, Engineering Trainee, and Internship / Co-op programmes
  • Plan and organize job fairs, career talks and CSR activities
  • Exploration of different out-reaching channels and promotion of employer branding
  • Work closely with business units on recruitment exercises, verify their manpower needs and planning
  • Maintain good relationship with external partners, i.e. education institutions, recruitment agencies, vendors
  • Formulate and execute new joiner onboarding programme
  • Compile HR analytics data to generate reports
  • Participate in various projects and initiatives directed by Seniors
  • Supervise and coach junior staff

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in HR or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a sizable firm
  • Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislation in Hong Kong
  • Good in numbers, analytical and presentation skills
  • Flexible, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage
