Job Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of human resources services for all medical, specialists and dental clinics including contract administration payroll calculation, tax return, leave & attendance management, performance appraisal, recruitment, etc.
• Administer HR database and maintain an accurate and systematic HR filing system in both traditional and electronic method
• Compile periodic HR reports and cost allocation reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and the Group’s SOP
• Support ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant HR experience, preferably gained in healthcare industry
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and tactful in dealing with people at all levels
• Good numeric sense, awareness for details and strong sense of responsibility & accuracy
• Proactive, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
