Responsibilities

• Manage regular pay process in relation to salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation, and other associated payroll activities
• Maintain pay records, employee records, leave records and related information
• Provide advice and assistance to employees on matters relating to salary payments, MPF, benefits, taxation, and other associated payroll activities in accordance with policies and procedures, legislation and employment contracts and agreements
• Preparation of management reports based upon information within the payroll system
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and ensure changes are managed effectively
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in managing end-to-end payroll operations for sizable organization
• Advanced MS Excel skills, experience in using MRC / SAP Success Factors is an advantage; and proficient in MS Office
• Exceptional attention to detail and data inputting with high levels of accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employer and employee information
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, well organized, self-motivated, positive mindset, and responsible
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a plus
• Immediate available is preferred
