Responsibilities:

• Perform typing and updating work for clients audited financial statements
• Format and prepare commercial documents
• Provide office administrative and clerical supports
• Complete work assignments and administer ad-hoc projects
• Handle English and Chinese business correspondence proficiently and professionally

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Responsible, detailed-mined, well-organized
• Good communication / interpersonal skills
• High level of independence and strong motivation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Hard working, strong sense of responsibility and accurate in data entry
