Job Description

Our client, a professional organization in Central is looking for Temp Receptionist cum Admin Coordinator for 3 months

Job Description :

  • This position serves as the primary role supporting reception, administration, conference room management, catering, courier and mail coordination, travel arrangement and general office maintenance. 

Requirement

  • 3+ years receptionist experience in a sizable organization
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
