COLLABORATE: your responsibilities

• Outdoor duties, such as going to bank and post office, collect and delivery document
• Exchange Sea import and export documents
• Check and replacement of office equipment and supplies
• Provide tea service and maintain the tidiness of pantry
• Data entry and filing
• Perform general admin duties

CONTRIBUTE: your qualifications

• F.3 or above
• Minimum 3 years related experience
• Fluent in Cantonese, able to read and write Chinese and simple English
• Knowledge in MS Word, excel and simple computer knowledge
• Responsible, honest and polite, punctual, with office assistant experience preferred
