Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the monthly payroll and compliance with relevant ordinances
- Assist in data management and analysis
- Prepare HR reports for management review
- Enhance the recent centralized filing system
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Degree or above, major in HR Management, Business Management or Statistic will be an advantage.
- 3 years’ relevant working experience; candidate with less experience will also be considered as an Asst HR Officer
- Strong numerical sense and excel knowledge
- Detail-minded & attentive to details
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance will be an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
