• Diploma or above,  1-2 years relevant experience in Office Administration;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus;
• Responsible, attentive with good organization ability;
• Detail oriented and ability of multi-tasking;
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point) and Chinese Word Processing;

THE JOB

• Assist in all round office administrative duties;
• Handling phone calls and greeting visitors in a courteous manner;
• Perform data entry, upkeep the files, records and database in good order;
• Perform any ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by supervisor;
