- Handle phone calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner
- Handle customer’s inquiries including WhatsApp and emails
- Manage incoming/ outgoing courier service and mailing arrangement
- Provide sales support including data entry, preparing sales invoices and filing
- Provide after-sales support to sales team and customers
- Manage office & pantry supplies
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in any discipline
- 2-3 years of practical experience in reception and office administration
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
