Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to senior management in both business and personal matters
• Coordinate with forwarder, shipping company and warehouse to arrange shipment and documentation
• Responsible for purchasing and travel arrangements
• Maintain confidential information and document management
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operations
• Perform other ad-hoc assignment as assigned
Requirements:
• F.7 or above
• At least 5 years relevant working experiences, solid experience in secretarial / administrative support for senior management preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing
• A good team player, detail-minded, responsible, efficient, energetic and with can-do attitude
• Flexible and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred
