KRG is looking for Recruitment Officer to join our Team. You will be responsible for full set of recruitment but not limited to orientation and training for retail staffs. This is a new role due to our business is expanding aggressively in Hong Kong.

•          Proactively involve in the recruitment process from screening to on-boarding to ensure sufficient workforce to support the business growth
•          Responsible for full-cycle of recruitment processes including job posting, CV screening, interview, extending offers, and salary negotiations to on/offboarding
•          Develop and adopt effective hiring channels or methods to find right talents
•          Proactive high-level sourcing, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
•          Follow up with the performance and coaching in probation period
•          Assist in execute training needs analysis and develop training strategies
•          Support and assist in other ad-hoc HR tasks or projects as required

•            At least 4 years’ experience in recruitment
•            Recruitment exp. in RETAIL INDUSTRY is a MUST
•            Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
•            Proactive, self-driven and independent candidate is required
•            Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
•            Proven attention to accuracy and detail, highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
•            Immediate available is an advantage
•            Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Recruitment Officer
