Job Description
Office administration
- Manage the day-to-day administration support to internal departments
- Work with Quality Assurance Team on ISO exercises
- Ensure all workflows in Administration Department are in line with company policy and procedures
- Perform any other duties as assigned by line manager
- Advice management on procurement issues, including quotation comparison and purchase justification
- Authorize invoice payment in Purchasing Order system
- Uniform stock management
- Equipment stock management
Job Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- Min. 3 years' relevant experience in sizable company
- Good in spoken and written Chinese & English
- Ability to work independently with good time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical ability, strategic management and problem-solving skills
- Pro-active, energetic individual with flexibility
