• Manage the day-to-day administration support to internal departments
• Work with Quality Assurance Team on ISO exercises
• Ensure all workflows in Administration Department are in line with company policy and procedures
• Perform any other duties as assigned by line manager

• Advice management on procurement issues, including quotation comparison and purchase justification
• Authorize invoice payment in Purchasing Order system

• Uniform stock management
• Equipment stock management

Job Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• Min. 3 years' relevant experience in sizable company
• Good in spoken and written Chinese & English
• Ability to work independently with good time management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical ability, strategic management and problem-solving skills
• Pro-active, energetic individual with flexibility
