•  Assist in the submission of the qualification assessment of training courses for lift and escalator workers from Schindler Lifts (H.K.) Ltd. 
•  Assist in maintaining the standard of levels of qualifications in Hong Kong Qualifications Framework. 
•  Assist in reviewing the accreditation requirement of professional qualifications, occupation-based qualifications, licence-related qualifications
• Assist in managing the Schindler Academy including the administration and operation of the Academy, so as to fulfill and maintain the Qualification Framework Requirement.
• Establish, coordinate and implement the training plan and rotation schedule for trainee.
• Assist in the preparation of the training plan through analyzing and evaluating the training needs
• Manage training facilities and equipment to ensure high quality and throughput of trained technical people.
• Assist in overseeing the trainee development programs including Apprenticeship, TOT, FEDP, etc. 

• A recognized degree, or equivalent, preferably with other relevant academic qualifications pertaining to the education, training or human resources planning and development fields
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience at the appropriate level of responsibilities, preferably in human resources field or in the vocational, academic or continuing education sector;
• Knowledge and understanding of the implementation of qualifications framework and its quality assurance mechanism is a plus.
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands-on, highly independent and a meticulous individual
