Echo Entertainment International Limited is a Content Marketing Company based in Hong Kong, with 4 brand complexes - Echo Artist's Management, Echo Production, Echo Music, and Echo Marketing.

We are currently recruiting a Human Resources assistant based in HK and responsible for developing and growing Echo's international slot-player market through Human Resources and positive business culture.

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR support to the team;
• Participate in compensation & benefits, recruitment, training and develop employee relations etc.;
• Support compensation & benefits functions including monthly payroll, attendance, leave administration and tax return etc.
• Assist in organizing job interview arrangement, on and off-boarding arrangement etc;
• Design corporate / team training programs & Edu-training activities.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned/required.
• General administrative tasks

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous local and/or international Entertainment company management experience is preferable.
• Bachelor's Degree in HRM or equivalent;
• ~Years of relevant working experience is preferred;
• Fresh graduate is also welcome
• With a strong sense of responsibility, Excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently with high flexibility
• Have a strong interest in the entertainment industry and well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferable, Good command of written and spoken in English & Cantonese.
• Value teamwork
