Job Description
Our client is a property developer in HK and currently looking for a HR Manager / Assistant Manger, reporting to the General Manager.
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions includes payroll, retirement schemes, tax filing, compensation & benefits administration and recruitment, etc;
- Assist to formulate & implement human resources policies & procedures to achieve the corporate objectives;
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and department heads and prepare all HR related reports.
- Perform ad hoc duties
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of solid experience in HR with sizable companies, prefer coming from property developers.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and responsible
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
