• Responsible for receptionist general duties such as greeting visitors in professional and courteous manner, handling all incoming telephone calls, mailing and courier arrangements
• Coordinate the efficient and accurate meeting rooms booking schedule, and assist in setting up conference room for meetings or other business-related functions
• Assist in arranging schedule of drivers and procurement for office supplies
• Provide administrative and clerical support such as filing, data entry and other clerical duties
• Perform ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• At least 1-year related working experience in Receptionist is preferred
• Presentable, possess outgoing and cheerful personality with excellent presentation skills
• Well-organized, multi-tasking and able to work independently
• Willing to learn, self-motivated, positive working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing)
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
