Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide office HR & administration support in high quality and professional manner
- Liaise with internal departments and follow up contract renewal and price negotiation with vendors
- Review office expenses and cost control management
- Must have experience in reviewing company adminstration & insurance policy
- Experience in office relocation would be a definite advantage
- University graduate
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in handling full range of general office supportive works
- A good team player with good supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Office will be moved to Lai Chai Kok by end of 2022
