The Role:

This position based in Hong Kong is dedicated to support our most dynamic, fast-growing and business winning team who works on the world's leading business brand in technology and lifestyle. This role is well suited for applicants having Admin/Secretary background 

What you’ll do as you move with us:

  • Provide personal assistance to our executive member including daily appointments and business meetings arrangement, travel supports, preparing expenses claim and reimbursement, and other ad hoc administrative duties 
  • Provide daily administrative support to a team of 10
  • Assist in preparation of but not limited to quotation, purchase order, billing, reports, and follow up tasks
  • Liaise directly with external procurement team to get bills settled
Experience that contributes to your success:
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Fluent verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Highly-organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong sense of accountability to the team and to clients
  • Positive attitude and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work within set timelines
