Job Description
Our client is a multinational corporation headquartered in Japan that specialises in industrial products.
Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment and selection process, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations
- Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives
- Compile all data needed for the monthly HR reports, annual salary review, annual performance appraisal analysis and annual group insurance policy renewal
- Engage in developing and delivering training programs
- Coordinate the company-wide event management
- Provide administrative support to management team
- Perform any ad hoc duties when required
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 10 years of relevant HR experience gained from a sizable company
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Down to earth, proactive, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented
