Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform control-related tasks on various aspect of operational units
- Being a team lead to oversee daily operation control functions
- Conduct risk-assessment and AML/other compliance related reports or exercises
- Suggest feasible solution to management for mitigation of operational risk
- As a BCP coordinator to review, consolidate and update bank-wide BCP regularly
- Co-ordinate with internal and external parties to participate in different projects such as system enhancement, design system specifications, perform UAT and deploy across a large range of project activities
- Develop procedural manual and train users to understand and operate according to system requirements
- Participate in MIS reporting and ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in Finance，Business，IT or related disciplines
- In-depth knowledge of HKMA regulations, compliance related requirements
- 8 years or above working experience in operation control, project management, or system development, in a supervisor role or above
- Solid experience in a customer driven IT role to establish and understand business requirements, and deliver effective outcomes
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good interpersonal skills with a demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
