As a HR Assistant, your responsibilities included:
- Support on-boarding arrangements and induction for new joiners
- Manage and coordinate employee check-out process
- Manage employee’s information/documents including HR information system and personnel files.
- Handle employee HR inquires, including employee benefit, employment visa and HR policies.
- Assist in preparation of various HR reports and analysis
- Prepare payment requisitions for invoices and claims settlement.
- Prepare various HR documents for internal clients
- Support ad hoc tasks as assigned

- An effective communicator
- Proactive, client-oriented and attention to detail
- Proficiency PC skills including MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of HR terminology
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good command in English and Mandarin.
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Candidates with data analysis and data visualization knowledge is a plus
