Our client is a reputable and well known education institute with long history. With the recent migration and on going business expansion in different sector, they are now inviting experience candidate to join as Senior Manager, Learning & Development.
Responsibilities
- A newly created position, report to Vice President, Human Resources and work closely with the Executive Committee, you play a big part to the company culture, design and formulate the L&D strategies/framework for all level, identify suitable training needs, executive coaching, engage external training consultancy.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Minimum 8 years working experience with proven track record in design and set up the L&D framework for sizeable organization in Hong Kong.
- Experience with training consultancy, project related to organization development.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Excellent presentation and inter-personal skills.
