Responsibilities:

1)    Provide full support to HR and administrative department

2)    Responsible for all office administration duties

3)    Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, interview arrangement, etc.

4)    Prepare monthly reports, leave management and attendance records

5)    Handle staff engagement events, EC case, insurance, policy administration, etc.

6)    Organize databases and filing system

7)    Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1)    Diploma or above in Business Management or Human Resources related disciplines

2)    Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in Human Resources

3)    Familiar with HR operation and Employment Ordinance

4)    Good problem-solving and communication skills

5)    Mature and detailed minded with a strong sense of responsibility

6)    Purpose-driven, self-motivated and proactive learner

7)    Passionate, collaborate and good team player

8)    Able to work independently, work under pressure and willing to work overtime if in need

9)    Proficiency of advanced usage of Microsoft Office

10)  Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

11)  Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
